A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Except as otherwise expressly provided for in other Acts, no person shall borrow or lend any access medium or distribute, keep and deliver any access medium while demanding, demanding, or promising to provide, demand, or promise the compensation.

On March 6, 2017, the Defendant received a proposal to offer KRW 30,000 won per case to deliver from the nameless person who became aware of through the Internet job-seeking site.

1. On March 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) sent one copy of the national card (F); and (b) M in the name of Kwikset service provider’s name card (0650-0321 -0204-8142) 1 and one copy of the account linked to the above card; (c) sent the said card to the name in the vicinity of the Defendant’s house located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul; and (d) sent the access media by receiving KRW 30,000 in return.

2. On March 8, 2017, around 16:40, the Defendant: (a) received the order of the person without his/her name, in the vicinity of the Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si; and (b) stored for delivery from Kwikset Service Articles G in the name of G in order to receive and deliver one copy of the card; and (c) kept the approaching media in return for a promise.

3. On March 8, 2017, at around 20:00, the Defendant received orders from the above Defendant’s office, and kept an access medium in return for a promise by receiving and delivering one copy of the national card (J) in the name of Kwikset service article, M’s national card (N) one, M’s name (P) one, and Q’s national card (R) one in the name of Kwikset service article.

4. On March 9, 2017, the Defendant received instructions from the above-mentioned Defendant’s home, from Kwikset Service Articles, for the name of S (T) 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3, 3, 4, 4, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5
