A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year in Busan District Court for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in Daegu Prison on November 21, 2013.
