1. Medications (one philoopon; hereinafter referred to as “philoopon”);

A. On March 2015, the Defendant: (a) injectedd approximately 0.03 grams of philopon into a single-use injection machine at the Mandong-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon on March 22, 2015, and injected it into the Defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he administered a philophone, which is a local mental medicine.

B. On March 2015, the Defendant: (a) put approximately 0.03g of phiphones into a single-time injection machine, dilution, and injected into the Defendant’s arms in the first order or middle order (after approximately 3:4 days from the date specified in paragraph (1)) on March 3, 2015, at the hold located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Twit-dong (after approximately 3:4 days from the date specified in paragraph (1)).

E. On March 2015, the Defendant: (a) put about approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones in Helel located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Seoul, in a single-time injection machine; and (b) injected them into the Defendant’s arms by dilutioning it with climatic water.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he administered a philophone, which is a local mental medicine.

F. On April 2015, the Defendant used approximately 0.03g gramphonephones from the Jelon located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon on April 4, 2015.
