Punishment of the crime

At around 10:30 on June 11, 201, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by saying, “the victim is the victim,” while receiving job allowances despite the expiration of the term of office of the president of the council of occupants’ representatives, the victim D is receiving job allowances, and there is three other parties, such as the managing director E, etc., during which the victim D received job allowances.
