Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person operating the Taekwondo Chapter E in Mapo-si, and the victim F (V, 20 years of age) is a person employed by the defendant and assist in taking lessons, such as taking clothes, in Taekwondo.
