1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of six hundred thousand won;

2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 17:43 on August 2, 2016, the Defendant: (b) laid down a stop to the victim D (Inn, 75 years old); (c) the victim D (V) who was the neighboring party of the Geum-gu, Busan; (d) was under the influence of alcohol; (e) but, (e) was refusing to do work, E, etc.; and (e) was destroyed by being laid down on the floor of the living room.

As a result, the Defendant destroyed the above 5,000 won of the repair cost, and the above 15,000 won of the repair cost, respectively.

2. On August 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed an act of assaulting the victim D on August 2, 2016; (b) on the part of the victim D, on the part of the police station located in the Busan Geum-gu Police Station, where the Defendant reported 112 as a crime of causing property damage, assault against E, etc. under the foregoing paragraph (1); and (c) on the part of the police officer G (Nam, 30 years old); and (d) the Defendant attempted to commit an assault against E, and subsequently, the Defendant committed an assault by assaulting the part of the said G on one hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.

3. 경범죄처벌법위반(관공서주취소란) 피고인은 2016. 8. 2. 18:07경 부산 금정구 H에 있는, 부산금정경찰서 F지구대 사무실에서, 위 2항과 같은 공무집행방해 범행으로 현행범인 체포되어 호송되자 술에 취하여 근무 중인 경찰관 경위 I 등에게 “개쌔끼야, 씹새끼야, 씹할 놈아, 개새끼야, 내가 감옥에서 30년이나 살았다”라고 하는 등 같은 날 18:32경까지 약 25분간 경찰관들에게 큰 소리로 욕설을 하고 고함을 지르는 등 소란을 피웠다.

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, forced or scamed by very rough words and conducts at government offices.
