1. Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of 3,00,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 2,00,000 won.
2. The above fine is imposed on the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. A. Around 00:40 on December 1, 201, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driven the EM5 car without a vehicle driver’s license in the section of approximately 9 km from the rooftop distance in the old-si Gaodong at the Gu-si, Si-U.S. to the D’s house in the Gu-Si, Gu-si.
B. At the time, the Defendant driven the EM5 car without a driver’s license as stated in the above A, and at that time, there was no fact that the Defendant’s friendship B driven the said car on behalf of the Defendant.
At around 04:39 on December 28, 201, the Defendant called “B from the Defendant’s home located in the Gumi Si F,” and asked “B to the effect that “I would be punished for unlicensed driving during the current suspended execution period. I would like to know that NI was driving on behalf of NIB, and I would like to feel that B would make a statement as if I would do so by driving the said vehicle.”
After that, on December 31, 201, the Defendant had B make a false statement to the police officer G belonging to the police station of the Gu, U.S., Si, Si, Gu, Si, Gu, Dong, stating, “I are sure that I would have driven. I would have been able to get A to drive a vehicle (SM5 vehicle) and I would like to get C to commit a crime.”
2. Defendant B, upon A’s request as referred to in Article 1(b), made a false statement to the police officer G belonging to the police station of the previous U.S. police station “I are sure that I would have driven the system. I will see that I would like to get A to drive the system up to C by driving the system (SM5 vehicle)” and let B escape the offender.
