Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 6, 2016, around 00:10, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance door of the victim D’s residence located in the 2nd floor C2, the Defendant opened the door to have the victim enter the principal house.

Defendant demanded several times to leave the victim from the victim, but failed to comply with such demand without any justifiable reason, and the police officer did not leave the victim's report even after the visit, thus refusing to comply with the victim's legitimate request for withdrawal for about 30 minutes.

2. The Defendant, around 05:00 on August 6, 2016, found again in the residence of the victim, such as the above “1” paragraph, and opened the door and opened the door to have the victim enter the main house.
