A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than four months, or by imprisonment for not more than eight months, for a crime set forth in the judgment of the court below.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 24, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 4 months and one year of suspended execution with prison labor for a special assault at the Jung-gu District Court on April 24, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 2, 2017.
[Criminal facts]
A. On May 1, 2017, at around 17:40, the Defendant damaged the property by attaching a part of the board and entrance door of the city under the unexplosion, which is the entrance door of the victim’s residence owned by the Defendant, on the ground that the victim, in front of the victim D’s entrance, was unable to receive a telephone and did not receive a telephone, and thus, caused the damage to its utility.
B. On May 1, 2017, the Defendant, who did not comply with the request to leave the victim for about 10 minutes until the police officer who received the report from the victim, in response to the request to leave the victim, while entering the said victim D’s house on May 1, 2017.
2. Around October 18, 2017, Defendant 2017, Defendant 5131, when the victim D was in an internal-related relationship, entered the front of the victim’s residence door through a joint entrance door at the entrance of the C apartment at the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and intruded into the victim’s common apartment premises.
3. On November 17, 2017, Defendant 5751, Namyang-si, at around 21:12, the Defendant 108 Dong-dong 108 and 308 of the Victim E (60 years old) had the wife of the victim in front of the victim’s residence in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, the Defendant 2017 left D, who is the wife of the victim in front of the victim’s residence, walking the front door of the victim’s residence, and demanded the victim to open and return the front door and move the victim into the victim’s residence. The victim was at prices of the Defendant’s body due to an empty small-scale disease, and the victim was at prices the head part of the victim’s head on the new place of the victim’s residence, and the victim’s head is in the number of days of treatment.
