1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as KRW 119,596,00 for the Plaintiff and as a result, from December 17, 2013 to August 12, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment without holding any pleadings: Provided, That the rate of delay damages from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc., concerning the portion of delay damages, shall be recognized as 15% per annum.
