1. The Defendant: (a) from May 15, 2015, to Plaintiff A, KRW 51,420,00, and KRW 24,280,00 for each of the Plaintiff B and C, respectively.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Framework Act on Civil Procedure: Provided, That the rate of delay damages from October 1, 2015 to 150% per annum pursuant to Article 2 (2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings concerning the Statutory Interest Rate in relation to the portion on delay damages shall be recognized as 15% per annum.
