1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 29,376,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 3, 2015 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Framework Act on Civil Procedure: Provided, That the rate of damages for delay pursuant to Article 2 (2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings concerning Statutory Interest Rates in relation to the portion of damages for delay shall be 15% per annum.
