In light of the records, the court below is just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted all of the facts charged of this case on the ground that there is no proof of crime, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there is no violation of the law of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence, nor any violation of law

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
