The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the record, the court below was just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted the Defendants on the ground that there was no proof of crime as to the facts charged in this case, and there was no violation of the law of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or of misapprehending the legal principles on fraud.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
