A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Seized evidence Nos. 1 and 2 shall be confiscated from the accused.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2015 Highest 11"
1. On January 5, 2015, at around 12:30 on January 5, 2015, the Defendant opened a gate in the victim E’s house located in Gangwon-do, which was not corrected by the victim E, and entered the said gate and infringed upon the victim’s residence.
2. At around 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant came into the house of the Victim G, which was located in the Gangwon-do class F, and opened a toilet window that was not corrected after going through the house and entered the inside bank, and intruded on the house, and did not commit an attempted crime, even though the Defendant followed the cremation, etc. in order to steal property, but did not discover any stolen object.
3. At around 13:51 on the same day, the Defendant came into the house of the victim I located in the Gangwon-do class H, and went beyond the wall and infringed upon the victim’s residence.
The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on July 26, 2007, and on June 17, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to three months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court’s sexual branch on June 17, 2010; and on December 2, 2010 at the same court on December 5, 2011, and completed the execution of the sentence in Seongdong-gu District Court on June 5, 201.
On December 19, 2012, around 12:40 on December 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) invaded into the house through the window that was not corrected before the house of the Victim K, and was not corrected; and (b) stolen the victim’s property owned by the market price equivalent to KRW 600,000,000 in the market price owned by the victim on the cremation; (c) three gold bars equivalent to approximately KRW 200,000 in the market price, KRW 10,000 in the market price; (d) three gold bars equivalent to KRW 60,000 in the market price; and (e) three gold bars equivalent to approximately KRW 60,00 in the market price.
