Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. by the Cheongju District Court on September 27, 2013. On September 6, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny and completed the execution of the sentence on July 22, 2018.
【Criminal Facts】
1. At around 14:00 on August 10, 2018, the Defendant invaded upon the residence of each victim for the purpose of theft of property on seven occasions from that time until August 27, 2018, including that the Defendant opened a back door that was not corrected by the intention of theft of property from the house of the victim C (n, 60 years of age) located in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, and that the Defendant invaded into the residence of each victim for the purpose of theft of property on a total of seven occasions, such as the list of crimes in the annexed list of crimes.
2. The Defendant: (a) intruded the Victim C’s house on the same date and at the same place as above; (b) attempted to steal the victim’s house at an inner room; (c) stolen the victim’s house in an amount of KRW 10,720,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 1,720,000; (d) 18 KK 18 KK 123,90,000, the market price of which was equivalent to KRW 123,000,000 in total; and (e) attempted to steal the victim’s property in total from around August 27, 2018, including 2,791,700,000, with 123,90,000,000 won in total; and (e) attempted to steal the victim’s property in total from around July 1, 205, 196; and (e) attempted to larceny the victim’s property in the name of the victim.
On September 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. by the Cheongju District Court on September 27, 2013. On September 6, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny and completed the execution of the sentence on July 22, 2018.

1. On August 14, 2018, the Defendant, who intrudes upon his/her residence and larceny, shall be subject to the Chungcheong City D from August 14, 2018 to August 13:00 of the same day.
