A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around June 22, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) (hereinafter “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) committed assault against the Defendant, on the following grounds: (a) on the part of F taxi driven by the victim E (the age of 49) around the road in front of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Guro Building; (b) on the ground that the said victim’s vehicle stops in the atmosphere due to the signal and does not drive the vehicle, the said victim should not start the place of dyp franch; and (c) on the part of the dyp bitch bitch franch.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim while driving.

2. The Defendant causing property damage, at the same time and at the same place as the preceding paragraph, destroyed 260,000 won of repair cost by breaking the taxi door from the taxi, which is frightened by the Defendant and frightened from the driver’s seat, and walking at the police several times, thereby destroying the locking device of the instant taxi, which is owned by the next victim G.

The defendant continued to be free from the victim I (55 years of age), a police officer of the Guro Police Station, who was a police officer of the Guro Police Station, and caused the above I's face and shoulder several times.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in criminal investigations.
