A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 20, 2014, at around 22:55, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim D in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to leave the victim out of the victim’s convenience store by repeatedly opening the cooling house and conditioning the cooling house in the influence of alcohol; (b) the victim requested that the victim move out of the victim; (c) “I am gy, do not have governance; (d) I am 4,000 foot in the city; (e) I am hyp, I am hyp; and (e) I am hyp the victim’s convenience store business by taking a large sound of “I am hyp,00 won; (e) I am unable to enter the said convenience store; and (e) interfere with the victim’s convenience store business by force for about 15 minutes.

2. 모욕 피고인은 2014. 5. 21. 00:20경 서울 구로구 가마산로 235에 있는 구로경찰서 형사당직실에서, 전항과 같은 이유로 업무방해죄 현행범으로 체포되어 인계되었다는 이유로 화가 나, 다른 사건 피의자로 온 F 등이 듣고 있는 가운데, 피해자인 구로경찰서 소속 경장 G에게 “야, 이 씨발새끼들아, 내가 너희들 죽인다, 서울지방경찰청, 인권위에 올려서 니들을 죽인다, 어린 노무 새끼들, 짭새 새끼야”라고 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

3. On May 21, 2014, around 02:35, the obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant injured the victim’s right at the detention room of the Guro Police Station located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Guro-gu, Seoul. On the same day, the victim H, a police officer affiliated with the said police station, continued to engage in severe bathing as referred to in the foregoing paragraph (2), continued to have the Defendant enter the detention room, saying, “Arhsing, singing, treating, singing, and singinginging the Defendant,” and talking that he would not enter the detention room.

As a result, the defendant interferes with legitimate execution of duties concerning the management of personal illness of the suspect arrested by the victim, and at the same time, the victim leaves the right side which requires treatment for about three weeks.
