Facts of recognition

On April 28, 1975, the inconsistency between the land cadastre and the registry, and the land register and the closed land register of the Cheongbuk-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do and I (hereinafter “former H land”) were registered on July 25, 1912 by Nonparty J acquired the ownership on July 25, 1912, with respect to the land register and the closed land register of the 588 square meters (hereinafter “former H land”). On May 7, 1971, Nonparty J acquired the ownership on the following occasions: (a) the ownership was transferred on May 7, 1971 by changing the ownership.

However, after K on February 26, 1970, the registration of ownership transfer was made on July 24, 1973 under the name of M (N and Address G L), which was due to sale and purchase on the closed real estate register.

However, it is wrong that M(O, PP, and Address Monopo-gun L) is written.

Since then, a land readjustment project was implemented based on the former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act (repealed by Article 2 of the Addenda to the Farmland Improvement Association Act, Act No. 5066 of Dec. 29, 1995) and a land substitution plan was established for the neighboring area. Under the above plan, the former H land was planned to be substituted by the first 500 square meters (hereinafter referred to as "I land") of the Gu Chungcheongbuk-do, Chungcheongnam-do.

The old Chungcheongbuk-do Q and Q 63 (hereinafter “former Q land”) acquired ownership by Nonparty S on July 25, 1912, on which the ownership was changed on March 2, 1964. The ownership was transferred in the name of Non-Party Woo-gun (O and address Mosan) on March 2, 1964.

Since then, according to the land substitution plan established as above, the land of the Gu Q Q was planned to be substituted with 661 square meters (hereinafter “R land”) of the Gu Chungcheongbuk-do, Chungcheongnam-do.

On April 28, 1975, the establishment of the registry of I and R land after the subdivision was made by the cadastral confirmation survey according to the land readjustment project on around 1975, and the boundary and area of I and R land to be substituted was determined by the division, and then according to the entrustment of land improvement registration, I will issue land substitution for H land.
