Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate of a motor vehicle or make it illegible, and such motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, around August 16:15, 2018, the Defendant operated a registration number plate with the number plate covered by plastic bags in order to avoid the crackdown on parking and stopping at the entrance of the “U.S. 3-dong, Seoul, Nowon-gu, Seoul, to avoid the crackdown on parking and stopping.”
