A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall intentionally cover a motor vehicle registration number plate or make it illegible.

On April 9, 2016, at around 11:46, the Defendant: (a) placed D’s front registration number plate in front of D’s cargo truck, and then placed a plastic bag over D’s front registration number plate, and then made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate in front of D’s cargo vehicle.
