1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) paid KRW 185,625,00 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) for KRW 185,625,00 and its amount from November 4, 2016 to September 20, 2018.
Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
Basic Facts
A. On October 9, 2013, the Defendant announced the tender of the A Digital System Restructuring Project (hereinafter “A Digital System”) to establish a new digital system (hereinafter “instant system”) to efficiently manage various contents constituting the Defendant’s website (B) and Cms (Cms) website. On or around December 9, 2013, the Defendant agreed on the direction for the progress of the instant project, the scope of development of the instant system, and the measures for ex post maintenance and repair, etc.
B. On February 27, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a “A digital system restructuring agreement (hereinafter “A digital system restructuring agreement”) with the Defendant on the basis of the definition of requirements based on the foregoing content and a project implementation plan.”
