1. The Defendant’s KRW 7,860,570 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from January 1, 2017 to August 20, 2019.

Reasons

1. As to the cause of claim

A. (1) As to the claim for unpaid wages, the Plaintiff asserted that the Defendant Company served as a director of the Defendant Company from June 1, 2014, and left the Defendant Company on December 31, 2016, and that the Defendant Company did not pay KRW 7,860,570 to the Plaintiff does not conflict between the parties. Therefore, barring any special circumstance, the Defendant Company is liable to pay the Plaintiff the unpaid wages of KRW 7,860,570 and the delay damages therefor. The plaintiff's above assertion is without merit.

B. The Plaintiff’s summary of the Plaintiff’s assertion as to the claim for retirement benefits was serving with the position of director of the Defendant Company, but in substance, is subordinate to the purpose of wages.
