1. The defendant

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. Facts of recognition 1) The Plaintiff (Appointed Party) (Appointed Party) was employed by a medical corporation as the Minimum Hunting and Memorial Foundation (hereinafter “Foundation”) and worked at a hospital operated by the Foundation from March 15, 2010 to October 10, 2016.

B) The Plaintiff (Appointed Party) received 12,59,450 won by filing an application for substitute payment with the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation on November 2, 2016, for the payment of KRW 7,022,211 (i.e., 2,082,082,857 up to September 2,052,052, and 467 won as retirement pay of KRW 13,718,660, and total amount of KRW 20,740,871, and KRW 20,740,071).

3) The Appointor D was employed by the Foundation and worked at a hospital operated by the Foundation from December 16, 1996 to October 10, 2016.

B) Appointed D received KRW 12,352,080,080 by filing an application for substitute payment with the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation on November 2, 2016, for the payment of KRW 12,352,080 for a substitute payment with the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation on July 2, 2016 (i.e., KRW 2,083,083,75,930 for September 2, 208, and KRW 40,75,930 for retirement pay, and KRW 47,678,141 for a substitute payment with the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation on September 2, 2016.
