1. Larceny;
A. On November 26, 2015, the Defendant entered the office where the victim D was working in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, 19:34, and asked the Defendant to charge a mobile phone. On the same day, the Defendant entered the above office in order to find a mobile phone of the Defendant charged at around 21:00 on the same day, and then stolen the Defendant with one set of three mobile phones, one cellphone, one cellphone, and one agricultural debit card in the name of the victim, which was located on the part of the victim who was locked.
B. At around 03:40 on January 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the FPC holdter located in Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the victim G, who is an employee of the said PC room, was stolen by having one gate equivalent to KRW 10,000 in cash, USD 2, USD 100 in the toilet owned by the victim; (b) one resident registration certificate; (c) one in the credit card 4; (d) one in the card 1; (e) one in the side page; and (e) two in the filmet 2 in the market price.
2. On November 26, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Financial Business purchased tobacco 1 A at the convenience point of the operation of the victim I located in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, and suggested that the victim was his/her card, such as paragraph 1(a), and made payment to the victim of the amount of 4,500 won of the tobacco price, thereby deceiving the victim, thereby acquiring economic benefits equivalent to that amount, and using D’s stolen debit cards.
From that time until November 27, 2015, the Defendant, including that, by deceiving the victims by the same method, was using stolen debit cards from November 27, 2015.
3. On January 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into a 3rd executive officer of the L/C operation of the L/C in K in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si on January 15, 2016; and (b) opened and intruded into the 847,000 won of the market price owned by the victim.
