A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Punishment of Acts, such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic;

A. On October 2016, the Defendant: (a) reported and contacted an advertisement of a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name “C” via the Internet; (b) paid 80,000 won in cash to the female of the birthland (for example: E) in an influent officetel on the fifth floor of the building D, Nam-gu, Incheon, Southern-gu, Incheon, for the purpose of sexual traffic, at around October 2016.

B. On November 14, 2016, the Defendant reported and contacted advertisements of sexual traffic business establishments with the trade name “F” via the Internet, and provided a single sexual intercourse by paying KRW 80,000 in cash to the female of the birth countries (Y) in return for sexual traffic at an officetel located on the fourth floor of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City building D on November 14, 2016.

On February 13, 2017, the Defendant reported and contacted advertisements of sexual traffic business places with the trade name “H” via the Internet, and paid 150,000 won in cash in return for sexual traffic to the female in the name-free stud female (for example, J) in the family office officetels located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Itel around February 13, 2017.
