Reasons
Criminal facts
On May 31, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and two months in the Ulsan District Court for fraud, etc., and on January 21, 2015, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Ulsan District Court on October 17, 2015.
1. On December 22, 2015, the Defendant embezzled, in the vicinity of the Nonghyup-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, the Defendant: (a) obtained one copy of the modern credit card lost by the victim C, but did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (b) subsequently, he/she embezzled, by holding another person’s credit card on three occasions as indicated in the list of crimes by the same method until March 19, 2016, even though he/she acquired another person’s credit card on three occasions as indicated in the list of crimes.
(2) On December 22, 2015, around 09:30 on December 22, 2015, the method of committing the act of causing damage to a place of temporary inspection: (a) 22 in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; and (b) 3:3:40 on December 22, 2015, the victim’s Hyundai Credit Card Co., Ltd around the Nonghyup-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., with no return to the victim; and (c) 1:09:30 on December 22, 2015, he/she embezzled-owned No. E-owned No. 333:10 on March 19, 2016 from around 3:0 on March 23:10, 2016 to around 03:40 on March 20, 2016, the victim F-owned around the mutual convenience store in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, with a total of the victims’ lost goods for three times.
2. On December 23, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) from the I convenience point where the victim H works in Ulsan-gu G around 00:35 on December 23, 2015, the Defendant presented to his/her employees a debit card that he/she acquired as referred to in the above paragraph (1) No. 1 as if he/she had the right to use; and (b) he/she received food equivalent to 11,400 won in total from his/her employees from that time until March 20, 2016:
