A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. Larceny;

A. On May 24, 2016, from around 01:00 to around 03:00, the Defendant stolen the victim E’s property equivalent to KRW 700,000 in total amount of KRW 1,000 in cash (gallon No. 4) and the total amount of KRW 1,00,000 in foreign currency, and KRW 1,00,000 in gift certificates and KRW 1,00,000 in total.

B. On July 8, 2016, the Defendant, at around 03:15, 2016, cut off the part of the victim F, who was under influence of alcohol at the “a gallony park in Ulsan-dong defense Dong-dong, Ulsan-dong,” and stolen the part of the victim’s property equivalent to KRW 645,00,00 in total, including one cellular phone (in gallon 3), cash 45,000 in an amount of KRW 50,000 in the market price owned by the victim, and one cell phone (in gallon ju, one smart key for vehicles with an amount of KRW 10,000 in the market price, one credit card, and six physical card.

8. Around 12. 01:30, the victim I, who was under influence of alcohol in the forepart of the "H" located in Ulsan-dong G, Ulsan-gu, and then stolen the victim's property owned by the victim in the aggregate amounting to KRW 1,141,000,000 in total, including one cellular phone equivalent to KRW 900,000 in the market value, one cellular phone equivalent to KRW 200,000 in the market value, one cash, 41,000 in the market value, and one credit card and physical check.

On September 9, 2016, the Defendant, at around 00:20 on September 9, 2016, cut off the victim K's main money in cash of KRW 4,000 and the amount of smart key equivalent to KRW 124,00,00,000 for vehicles with a market value of KRW 120,00.

2. Embezzlements of deserted articles in possession;

A. On April 2016, 2016, the Defendant embezzled the victim’s thought that he had, without following necessary procedures such as returning the victim, even though he/she found one of the unexploited market price at the front of the Ulsan-dong L, Ulsan-gu L, U.S. L.

B. On August 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was missing by a person who was destroyed by a fire in the Ulsan-gu Seocheon Park around Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu.
