A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant, who is not a narcotics handler, did not handle psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs, megaphones (hereinafter referred to as 'copphones'; hereinafter referred to as 'copphones'), he dealt with the following phiphones:
