A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. At around 14:00 on May 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.05g of the psychotropic drugs brought from the FMW vehicle operated by E into a single-time injection machine; (b) injected them into a single-time injection machine; and (c) dilution into the left c.3g of approximately 0.05g of the psychotropic drugs brought from the FMW vehicle operated by E; and (d) administered them in a way of injection into the left c. of blood.

2. The Defendant put about 0.05 g of philophones into a single-use injection machine at the time and place in paragraph 1, and provided them to G after dilution with aquatic products.

3. On May 3, 2013, at around 21:37, the Defendant provided I with approximately 2.1g of 2/3 of the remaining philopon 3.2g of the remaining philopon 3.2g, which was administered as above, at the house of the Busan Shipping Daegu H 1st floor.

4. On May 16, 2013, around 21:30, the Defendant provided I with approximately 0.1g of philopon at the home of the Busan Shipping Daegu H H 1st floor by putting I less than 0.1g of philopon in a single-use injection machine.

5. Around 15:00 on May 20, 2013, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philopon into a single-use injection machine at D offices located in Kimhae-si C, and injected it into the left dynasium by dilution with aquatic dilution.

6. On May 21, 2013, around 19:30 on May 21, 2013, the Defendant inserted approximately 0.05g of philophones received from K in a single-use injection machine at the Busan Eastdong-gu JJ Cream room in a single-use injection machine, dilution with aquatic water, and administered them in a way of injecting into the left neck blood transfusion.

7. On May 2, 2013, at around 18:40 on May 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) delivered 1 of the penphones discovered in the D office located in Kimhae-si C, to I; and (b) possessed approximately 0.95g of the remaining 0.95g, in the form of storing them in the black plastic bags.
