Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:40 on October 6, 2008, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven B Eccoo vehicle from approximately 100 meters to the front road of the Busan Shipping Daegu High School from the front of the same Busan High School.
