Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 3, 2012, at around 02:30, the Defendant driven a B New EF rocketing car without the driver’s license from approximately 100 meters section to the G-Maart roads in front of the G-Maart apartment located in the same Dong on the front of the G-Maart.
