Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 22, 2013, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a Bmonon car at a section of about 100 meters from the street in front of the mutually infinite in Busan Shipping Daegu to the street in front of the transmission 2 in the same Dong, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.128% without a driver’s license.
