Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 1, 2014, at around 19:16, the Defendant: (a) from a road on which it is impossible to find out whether it is located in the subordinateamamamamb in the Dong-si, Yancheon-si; (b) from a section of about 20km from the Gu-si to the front road of about 1860 U.S. Government, the Defendant extracted the B vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.079%.
