Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'). 2. Judgment by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Part of dismissal: The statutory interest rate under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Enforcement Decree) is amended to reduce the statutory interest rate from 20% per annum to 15% per annum, and the statutory interest rate under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was enforced from October 1, 2015, and the part claiming damages for delay exceeding 15%
