1. The Defendants are to the Plaintiff:
(a) 11,185,562 won and 15% per annum with respect thereto from October 28, 2015 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act:

The statutory interest rate under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Enforcement Decree) was amended to reduce the statutory interest rate from 20% per annum to 15% per annum. Since the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was enforced from October 1, 2015, the portion of the claim for damages for delay exceeding 15% per annum is dismissed.
