1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 53,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 8, 2015 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

The statutory interest rate under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Enforcement Decree) was amended to reduce the statutory interest rate from 20% per annum to 15% per annum. Since the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was enforced from October 1, 2015, the portion of the claim for damages for delay exceeding 15% per annum is dismissed.
