Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Switzerland car.

1. On August 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.081% in blood around 04:00 on August 12, 2017; and (b) driven the front side road of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at a US speed in the direction of the transmitting elementary school from the direction of the tin village lake.

Since there is a center line of yellow domin line, in such a case, the driver engaged in driving of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to see the front line well and to safely drive the motor vehicle and prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and instead took the right side side of the victim D (the 23 years old), which was located on the road facing the center line of the yellow point line, into the front part of the left side of the Defendant’s vehicle. They continued to return hand signals to the right side in the direction of the right side of the victim E (the 30 years old), and received the back part of the left side part of the Fusn vehicle owned by the Defendant’s vehicle in front of the right side of the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the above victim D (n, 23 years of age) by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, such as the cryp of head and other detailed obscure parts in need of approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. On August 12, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.081% in blood at around 04:00 on August 12, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car over about 10 meters from the front road of Songpa-gu Seoul to the front road of the same Gu C.
