Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a cuss car in C.

On October 5, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 13:20 on October 5, 2016, and driven the 1st line road in the front of Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D in order to drive the vehicle at a speed lower than that in the direction of fung 4 Dong community service center in front of the waterside.

Since there is a center line of yellow domin line, in such a case, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to pass along the center right of the road to prevent accidents in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and, instead, conflict with the front part of the victim E (46 cc.) driven by the victim E (46 cc.) who f. 124c motor bicycle driving along one lane due to the negligence of the yellow domin line, with the front part of the Defendant's driving vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as “the right side, the left side, and the down salt department,” which requires approximately two weeks of treatment due to the above occupational negligence.
