The sentence against the accused shall be determined by one year and three months of imprisonment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 28, 2013, the Defendant forged private documents: at the power of attorney at the SK Telecom Co., Ltd. Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged each letter of delegation in the name of the above C Co., Ltd. and each letter of change in the name of mobile phone.
2. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, and at the place specified in the above paragraph (1), delivered the forged power of attorney and the mobile phone name change contract as if it were a document duly formed. The Defendant, who was aware of the forgery, sent the forged power of attorney at the Gwangju Branch of the said SK Telecom Co., Ltd., and exercised it.
3. The criminal defendant is not an employee of the above corporation C at the time and place specified in the above paragraph 1, but is related to the above company.
