A and B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years, and by imprisonment with prison labor for two years.
However, as to Defendant B, the same shall apply.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A and C’s joint criminal acts (Violation of Oil Pipeline Safety Control Act) were proposed to provide that “In the influent coffee shop located in Daejeon U.S., the oil pipeline work is defective along with the work of cutting oil from the oil pipelines, G et al.; the Defendant recruited on the ground and opened oil facilities; the Defendant recruited persons in charge of the field management to transport large oil in the initial capital amount of KRW 50 million; H recruited to take charge of the work of transporting large and large-scale oil necessary for this case.
According to the above public offering, Defendant C leased a warehouse in South-gu, South-gu, Dong-gu, where oil pipelines were buried at a place where the oil pipelines were buried, in order to install facilities to steal oil on the oil pipelines. Defendant C: (a) recruited an on-site manager A and recruited B; and (b) caused them to take charge of managing the said warehouse; and (c) Defendant A moved into the said Do-dong storage around August 10, 2015.
