Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 11, 2018, the Defendants were sentenced to three years for a violation of the Oil Pipeline Safety Control Act in the Gunsan Support of the Jeonju District Court.

1. Defendant B
A. The Defendant violated the Oil Pipeline Safety Control Act due to the attempted installation of oil pipeline facilities: (a) leased adjacent warehouses to the point where the oil pipelines were laid underground along with BE, BF, BG, BH, I, BI, BJ, and BK; (b) went through digging the ground digging and installing oil facilities for drilling the hole on the oil pipelines to steals oil managed by the Oil Pipeline Corporation to the victim.
In collusion with BE, BF, BG, BH, I, BJ, BJ, and BK, from December 2016 to March 2017, BH established a criminal plan and provided necessary funds after printing the place of the crime. BH did not install a new soil pipeline in the way of cutting off the oil pipeline, such as cutting equipment, large spphones, vehicles, etc. necessary for the crime, and cutting the ground into the underground. B. In collusion with BE, BF, BG, BH, I, BI, BJ, BK, and BK, the Defendant violated the Oil Pipeline Safety Control Act due to the attempted theft of oil using oil facilities. The date, time, place, and place described in the above paragraph (a) are as stated in the same paragraph.
