Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In order to obtain favorable results in the bankruptcy and immunity trial against the wife B, the Defendant negotiated with the husband E in order to transfer the claim that B owned to the obligee of B in order to obtain the favorable results in the bankruptcy and immunity trial against the wife B, but in order to reject this, E refused to prepare and submit a contract for the transfer of claim in the name of C in mind to the court.

1. On May 21, 2012, the Defendant forged private document: (a) using a computer at one’s own house located in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, Seoul, and 102, to enter into a contract for the transfer of claim between the parties, as follows: (b) the amount claimed in the judgment of the creditors B, the obligor D, the Third Civil Division of the Daejeon High Court of Appeals No. 2004Na5561, supra; (c) the amount claimed in the judgment of the assignee: (d) the Appellant; (d) the Appellant; (e) the Appellant; (d) the Appellant; and (e) the 60,000,000,000,000 won out of the above amount; and (e) the 30,000,000,000,000 won, which were subsequent to the judgment of the court of first instance; and (e) the Plaintiff’s claim for the transfer of the claim to the assignee during the period from November 29 to June 5, 20005, 2005.”

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the bond transfer and receipt contract in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Around June 5, 2012, the Defendant: (a) submitted a forged claim transfer and receipt contract to an employee who could not know the forgery in the Busan District Court’s Branch Branch Branch Branch Office located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; and (b) submitted the forged claim transfer and receipt contract to an employee who could not know the forgery.
