A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence1 through 9 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on June 9, 2014, entered the Republic of Korea by using a tourist visa operator on the same day, which was known through Internet hosting around December 2013.

The Defendant used that credit cards issued overseas with the above C are not easy to confirm the forgery or alteration at franchise stores, such as department stores, and purchased high-priced, visible, and thaldbs, etc. at the domestic department stores, etc. within a short time, with the forged credit cards issued by overseas credit card companies, the names of the Defendant, etc., and conspired to acquire money by disposing of them and by cashing them.

1. On June 14, 2014, around 19:59, the Defendant purchased one of the victim slot department stores located in 240, Songpa-gu Seoul Olympic Games, in which the Defendant was issued a blick-gu 2,00,000 won of the market price, and presented forged overseas non-person credit cards as if he was his own credit card, and had the employee in charge of the sales of the said department store prepare a credit card sales slip, puts his signature on the slip, and then received the above visibility.

However, the above overseas non-self-credit card is only the name of the defendant on the face and was so-called forged credit card issued by another person at a bank located in Hong Kong.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with the above C to use the forged credit card, and the same year from that time, as described in the list of crimes in attached Form C, including the use of such forged credit card.

7. up to 15. up to 30 times in total the sum of 98,718,966 won, a forged credit card was used and the amount was acquired by defraudation.

2. Around June 14, 2014, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and attempted fraud: (a) purchased one clock from the locked department store at the locked department store at around 18.2 million won; and (b) completed a forged overseas non-credit card as if the Defendant were his/her credit card.
