A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated from the criminal defendant 3 to 7 and 9 through 16.

Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2012, the Defendant, with Chinese nationality, entered Korea and illegally staying in Korea, conspiredd to purchase high-priced visibility, etc. at the domestic department stores using forged credit cards with those without the name of the Defendant. On March 2, 2018, from March 2, 2018 to October 10 of the same month, the Defendant was paid 4% of the price of the goods after having taken over 18 credit cards forged from the name of the person who was not the name of the Republic of Korea from March 2, 2018 to deliver high-priced visibility, etc. purchased using them.

1. On March 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with the above-mentioned bearers on March 11:45, 2018, at the new world department stores, Young-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, the Defendant purchased visibility at “C” 15, and then paid to the victim’s name, who is the cause of the purchase of the visibility, by suggesting that the victim’s name was normally issued with one credit card (credit card No. 1) in the name of the Defendant as if he/she was a credit card; (b) the Defendant was issued 5,600,000 won at the market price from the seat to March 10, 2018; and (c) obtained the Defendant’s credit card under the above-mentioned method using the credit card No. 37,610,000 won under the name of the Defendant for a total of eight times as shown in the attached list of crimes (1) from that time to March 10, 2018.

2. On March 3, 2018, the Defendant attempted to obtain the sight of KRW 13,50,000 from an injured party who may not know that the credit card was forged, on the following grounds: (a) the Defendant, in collusion with the above-mentioned name in collusion, presented that the new world department store, etc. in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, is located in a “E” clock store; and (b) the victim’s name, who is the cause of the purchase of visibility, would be forged and falsified in the name of the Defendant. However, the Defendant attempted to obtain the sight of KRW 13,50,000 from an injured party who may not know that the credit card was forged. However, the approval for the settlement of the credit card is granted.
