Defendant

B is a business entity of H located in 802, 901, and 902 of the Kucheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City G Building, and I (Death on February 27, 2014) and Defendant D are the business entities. Defendant A and Defendant C are the general managers, J and K are female employees of the Carbter, L is a general male employee, M is a person who delivers the above H earnings to the business owner, and N is the lessor of the above H building.

1. Defendant B and Defendant D

A. In collusion with K, M, and I, from around September 2013 to February 27, 2014, the Defendants engaged in sexual intercourse with an unspecified number of male customers who find the said place of business, with the trade name of “H” in the size of 802, 901, and 902, 16 guest rooms with a toilet installed in the area of 682.59 square meters, 16 guest rooms, gambling rooms, etc., 8 stories (8 stories are not open, 9 stories are allowed to enter only H), 9 guest rooms with a shower facility installed in the area of 289.90 square meters, 1 warehouse, etc., and by receiving 180,000 won per man’s grandchildren from the above male women.

B. The Defendants conspired with Defendant A, Defendant C, J, K, L, and M, and arranged commercial sex acts for business purposes from February 28, 2014 to August 2014.

2. Defendant A conspired with Defendant B, Defendant D, J, K, L, and M, and arranged commercial sex acts for business purposes from April 15, 2014 to August 2014.

3. Defendant C conspired with Defendant B, Defendant D, K, L, and M, and arranged sexual traffic for business purposes in collusion with Defendant C, Defendant D, K, L, and M from August 2014 to August 2014.
