Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C’s joint criminal conduct are those who manage and operate “I”’s employees, funds, etc. in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H as a whole; Defendant B (e.g., J) and Defendant C (e.g. K) are those who attract customers and perform the work of settling the drinking value, etc. with their respective business activities of the said entertainment drinking club.
From the end of May 2013 to April 22:30 of the same year, the Defendants conspired with each other to receive 380,000 won or more from the unspecified customers, including the drinking value and the cost of sexual traffic, and had them contact with male descendants for one hour and 30 minutes from the room, and then had them have a sexual intercourse with the place of " Qua" in the same building, and as a result, they provided female employees with 190,00 won or more from 190 to 240,000 won.
As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
2. Defendant D is a person running Qel in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H. The Defendant conspired to provide R and the above Moel room to a place where commercial sex acts are conducted while working as a manager at the above Mael as a manager.
At around 22:30 on November 4, 2013, the Defendant, in collusion with the foregoing R, sent the name-oriented room and female employees L, at the I main point below the same building located under the same building in the Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, by receiving KRW 50,00,00 for accommodation expenses, even though he/she was aware that he/she had sexual intercourse with the said R, and provided the customer S and female employees M with the above 6th floor C7 of the said telecom, the above 6th floor C8 of the said telecom to the customer T and female employees P, and the said 6th floor of the above 6th floor of the telecom to the customer U and the female employees P, and the said 6th floor of the said telecom to the customer W and the female employees X.
Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with R to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
