1. On October 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) up to October 19, 2016, up to the period of Ansan-si, he/she did not take measures, such as acquiring agricultural support cards in the name of the injured party E, and immediately returning, even if he/she lost his/her wife; (b) obtained one support card in the name of the injured party E.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property that has escaped from possession.

2. On October 19, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Financial Business by using the FF card with agricultural cooperatives acquired as stated in paragraph 1, and by using the FF card around 11:23 on October 19, 2016, the Defendant purchased goods amounting to KRW 58,700,00 in total, from “H Emt” in the “H Emt” in the operation of the Gu F located in the Gu, and the Defendant paid the completion of the purchase by presenting the amount to the legitimate right of use of the said card, and around 12:31 on the same day, the Defendant presented the purchase of 1 fmp of rice amounting to KRW 135,800 at K in the operation of Sinpo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si with the lawful right of use, and presented the order to use the said card to the said person.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victims three times, acquired a total of 202,50 won property interest and used the credit card lost by another person.

On December 23, 2016, the Defendant: 15:12 on December 23, 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was stolen with the victim’s cash worth of KRW 700,000,000 on the ATM machine No. 34 on the 34th day; and (b) on the 16-5th day of Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si.
