1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. The facts below the basic facts are either in dispute between the parties or acknowledged by taking into account the respective descriptions of Gap evidence Nos. 1, 6, 8, 11 to 14, Eul evidence Nos. 1 to 4, and 6 and the whole purport of the pleadings.

A. The Plaintiff A and the Defendant C, G, and E (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant media companies”) together with the said Defendant companies are media companies running the publishing business of each newspaper.

On the other hand, Plaintiff B is a person who works as the joint representative director of Plaintiff A with Nonparty Q. Defendant D is a person who works in Defendant C, Defendant H is a person who works in Defendant G, and Defendant F (hereinafter “Defendant reporter”) in Defendant D, H, and F, respectively.

B. On March 15, 2018, Plaintiff A published an article on the online newspaper published by Plaintiff A to the effect that “three reporters who filed a malicious report on the RR market to the prosecution” (hereinafter “related news articles”) was published by Plaintiff A.

The relevant article is accompanied by a photograph of the receipt of the accusation along with the contents of the mentioned accusation.

C. On May 20, 2018, Defendant C posted articles related to the Defendants’ relevant news articles on the online newspaper published by Defendant C with the same content as that of the attached Table 4 prepared by Defendant C with respect to the above relevant news articles. Defendant G published the articles on May 21, 2018, and Defendant H and Defendant F, on May 23, 2018, as well as on May 23, 2018 (the contents of each of the articles written by Defendant C and Defendant F are substantially the same as those of the articles written by Defendant C; hereinafter referred to as “instant article”).

(D) The plaintiff B filed a complaint with the head of the original district prosecutor’s office on the suspicion that the defendant reporter injured the plaintiff B’s honor through the article of this case and aided and aided the representative of the defendant press organization through the article of this case for the purpose of slandering the defendant reporters.

The prosecutor in charge shall be the defendant on December 26, 2018.
