Basic Facts

The plaintiff is the church that the deceased J is the father of G, and the mother of K is believed to be one of his mother.

Defendant B is a newspaper enterpriser who issues “L” as a company running business, such as publishing and selling newspapers. Defendant G is an Internet newspaper enterpriser who reports general news in operating the Internet G website (H).

Plaintiff

Related G G 10 April 10, 2014 and L C 2014 April 11, 2014 published the instant article on the news page of the Internet G G G G website on April 10, 2014 by using the the theme title “I” and the title “F.”

On April 11, 2014, Defendant B posted the instant article on the 30 pages of the E News Act.

Among the instant articles, the contents related to this case are as follows.

M religious organization victims countermeasures group (one name N) and O, which is a gathering of persons who withdraw from MM religious organization, was justified that “M religious organization,” “M religious organization, which forms a 20 to 40-party women with children from among the religious church sex, is a religious group in which 95% or more of the believers is concentratedly going against,” and “at least 95% of the believers is approaching the church due to child-care and family problems, etc. as much as the gender he/she had in the church, it shall thoroughly comply with 7 services, such as the early stop of the colonial day.” In other words, the relationship should be terminated by reporting to each member of the religious organization.

The two organizations presented the opinion that “M religious organizations, in carrying out social activities, remove the teachers’ plaque to the extent that they are booming with the peace of the church and their young children as soon as they have concentratedly boomed their houses, and have access to Article 2-1,” that “the people who are approaching the family shall be good for the people who are approaching.”

PO representatives suggesting that "the reason why MM religious organizations are more dangerous than Q religious organizations" is that there are frequent instances of birth, divorce, child abuse, and renunciation of bringing-up.
